Welcome to Jönköping. There are many reasons for visiting us.
One reason is the European Junior powerlifting championships 2009
I have the great honour and pleasure to welcome you, lifters, coaches,
officials and spectators from all over Europe, to the Championships in
Jönköping / Sweden

Flights
Our airport is called Axamo and offers a number of daily direct flights to Stockholm
and Copenhagen. The airport is only 20 minutes by bus or taxi from the centre.
Train and bus
The X 2000 will take you to Jönköping in 3.5 hours, whether you start from Copenhagen or
Stockholm. The train or bus will take you direct to the centre. The tourist agency and Hotell &
Konferensbokning (hotel and conference bookings) are located in Resecentrum and are happy
to help you on to your destination.
Car
The strategic location by the E4 motorway make it easy to reach Jönköping
